Orchestra Baobab kicks off North American leg of World Tour

Last night at Yoshi's in San Francisco, EverGreen artist Orchestra Baobab kicked off the North American portion of their massive world tour. The current leg, which includes twenty-three gigs across the country and Canada, features stops at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, TN; a FREE show at Chicago's Millenium Park; two gigs in New York City on June 25 and 26; and a scheduled appearance on World Café Live, the famous radio program broadcast from Philadelphia. Orchestra Baobab will be spending the entire month of June in the United States before heading North on July 1 to play a string of dates in Canada, followed by an extensive itinerary throughout Europe. Known for their energetic and highly danceable live shows, this is one concert you cannot afford to miss this summer!
