Evergreen at World Cup Soccer 2010
June 15 2010
Evergreen is proud to announce that the song Shout for England -- featuring a mash-up of No Diggity by Blackstreet and Shout by Tears for Fears -- has rocketed to the top of the Billboard charts in the UK. The song, which is most notably performed by Dizzee Rascal and James Corden, is the unofficial anthem of England's World Cup soccer team. Despite only being released last Wednesday, June 9th, the song went on to sell a staggering 110,000 copies, coinciding with the kick-off of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. All proceeds from sales of the track will be donated to Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital.
